I am Aya Khaled Bozan, a fourth-year Software Engineering student at Beykoz University in Istanbul. I am deeply passionate about both software and hardware, and I am eager to continue developing my skills in this exciting field. I have experience in software development using various programming languages such as Python and C++, as well as databases like MySQL and SQL Server. I enjoy working on projects that involve both web development and microcontrollers, and I have a strong interest in problem-solving.
Technical Skills
- Programming Languages: C++, Python, JavaScript.
- Web Development: Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Databases: MySQL, SQL Server.
- Hardware Tools: Arduino, ESP,ESP Camera.
Previous Projects:
Online Stationery: I developed a user-friendly website that is fully functional, with all operations implemented using Django. However, the project has not been published yet.
Florist Website (Çiçekçi Sensin): I designed and developed a floristwebsite, with all operations handled through Django. However, the project has not been published yet.
Grocery Merchant Website: I completed this project by developing an e-commerce website for a grocery merchant, allowing them to showcase their products online.
- Handwritten Digit Recognition: I developed a system capable of recognizing handwritten digits by designing and training a model using artificial neural networks. After training the model with a dataset of handwritten numbers, the system became accurate in recognizing and classifying digits
Makers Team
I am a key member of the Makers Team, which specializes in developing projects that combine software and hardware. I play a significant role in the programming department, where we create innovative solutions using tools like Arduino and ESP Camera. Our team focuses on working on a variety of projects, leveraging advanced sensors and emphasizing efficient collaboration and continuous learning.
Projects I have participated in within the Makers Team:
- Fire-Avoiding Car: Programmed a smart car equipped with sensors that detect heat sources and automatically steer away to avoid fires.
- Obstacle-Avoiding Robotic Car: Developed code for a car that uses proximity sensors to detect obstacles in its path and navigate around them.
- Bluetooth-Controlled Racing Car: Worked on a project that allows remote control of a car using a Bluetooth connection.
Current Project: I am currently working on a Mapping Car Project, which involves using advanced sensors and Arduino to map its surroundings and create environmental layouts.
Training Experience
- EXEDRA HRTech: During my internship at EXEDRA HRTech, I gained valuable hands-on experience. This opportunity allowed me to expand my professional network by connecting with individuals in key positions at major companies such as Turkish Airlines, Microsoft, and several others. The internship helped me enhance both my technical and practical skills, and I contributed to the development of a successful project, reflecting my growth throughout this period.
